Assists Peer Teams create and execute plans to help their personnel and departments build resilience. Provides the resources Peer Teams and agencies need to cope with the ripple effects of responding to critical incidents and daily stress. The Peer Support Team training covers the following important topics: * Team Formation, Planning, Meetings * Command Level Training * Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD) * Individual Response to Critical Incidents * Line of Duty Death Response * Suicide Awareness * Self Care Provides and coordinates Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) resources to help Law Enforcement and other First Responder personnel and their families in the aftermath of critical incidents such as a line-of-duty death, suicide, officer involved shootings, high profile criminal investigation, natural disaster, and civil unrest.
