• Support the organization in properly qualifying suppliers. Develop an approval process and qualify new suppliers/facilities. Recommend actions relating to supplier qualification / de-qualification. Provide technical and quality knowledge for supplier selection, qualification, and approval. Support proper selection of purchased product and suppliers for new products and life-cycle management of the current product. • Assists in the development of processes and procedures to ensure that a risk-based supplier management program is followed • Establishes and monitors supplier performance to include metrics such as conformance to specifications, and responsiveness to corrective action requests and monitor, analyze, and drive improvement in supplier performance through supplier performance improvement plans. Perform supplier performance reviews as required. Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and process improvements to reduce the Number of Defects and Cost of Quality • Supports reporting of supplier performance scorecards and develops improvements to the system which empower suppliers to continuously improve their performance. Report supplier quality performance of the supply base to management. • Assists in ensuring that the supplier audit program is implemented in compliance with existing procedure requirements including audit schedules and execution, supplier auditors qualifications, adequacy of audit reports, and on time closure of audit nonconformances. • Assists in maintaining and approving all supplier documentation such as specifications, HACCP Plans, Allergen Questionnaires, Third party audit reports and certificates of analysis, certificates of conformance, Kosher and non-GMO certificates and other supplier documents as required to support manufacturing facilities. • Assists suppliers in developing improved product quality, process control improvement, and in problem-solving.

Own and operate state of the art chiropractic clinic. Diagnose and treat patients for any chiropractic, rehabilitation, and nutrition needs. Partner with surgeons, primary care physicians, dentists, etc. to provide comprehensive care to each patient.

Instruct Anatomy & Physiology and Pathology classes. Deliver instruction to the students regarding given courses. Develop class curriculum: daily lesson plans and evaluations. Provide student assistance when needed with office hours and host review sessions.

Interact with current and new contract manufacturers regarding product formulations and mandatory documentation. Aid in the approval and audit process of new contract manufacturers. Issue and review corrective actions for contract manufacturers. Create and review product formulations for NHG, Private Label, and International Departments. Research product safety concerns for enzyme products. Work with Private Label and International Department regarding mandatory documentation. Produce reports for company management.

Create product master formulas. Update product specification sheets to match master formulas. Interact with contract manufacturers to obtain documentation to support formulations.

Research safety and efficacy claims of products. Collect research articles to support Protocol supplements formulations. Assist with in-house product testing and reporting. Assist in development of standard operating procedures.

Provide knowledge and clinical experience to students learning the technique. Provide supplemental instruction on technique set up and execution.

Supervise the care provided by other senior interns. Manage the treatment plans and records for the patients at the clinic.

Group Leader responsibilities include helping other senior interns with case diagnosis, management and paper work. I.T. Technician for the clinic's website. Provided chiropractic care and rehabilitation for the general public. Designed and formulated treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs using a variety of adjusting techniques as well as different physiotherapy modalities and active patient rehabilitation. Positioned, developed, and interpreted patient x-rays including marking and attending radiology conferences. Counseled patients in nutritional care based on individuals' food diaries and results of chemistry panel, CBC and urinalysis. Consulted with other senior interns and lead clinicians about interesting cases via case reports to gain more exposure to a wide range of conditions.
