I value flexibility, responsibility and education. Flexibility is valuable to me because I have Attention Deficit Disorder. Grinding the same grind, day in and day out is arduous to me. This drives me to be effective, efficient and quick with my work. Responsibility is a dying art. Taking responsibility not only shuts down the never ending “blame game,” but builds a desire to be the best. When others are counting on you, that is all the more reason for you to strive for greatness. Education is not university or classroom based. While I have never been one to sit still for terribly long, it is very important to sit down and learn new things as much as possible. Equipping yourself with ideas, strategies, success stories and failures will help you go further and that is why I read as much as possible. If I seem all over the place it is because I am. I don’t know what I want to do yet, but I am learning who I want to be.
