Led HR and admin team for a bandwidth of over 800+ employees.  Strategized with business partners and the Regional Recruitment team for the staffing of upcoming units.  Developed and implemented Manpower planning, budgeting, forecasting, and talent pipeline strategy.  Streamlined the processes of payroll, benefits, employee incentives, retention, turnover, recruitment, training, and development.  Implemented talent assessment and learning programs for Associates and Managers.

 As a pre-opening HR team member, worked directly with the DHR for managing day-to-day HR operations and recruitment support to the business leaders.  Created active pipeline for Talent pool for mid to associate-level positions across business departments.  Responsible for leading compensation surveys, HR dashboards, and reports.  Liaison with the hotel union internally for union-related activities.

 Handled HR Ops & TA for manning of 500+ employees.  Created & implemented training modules on Soft skills such as Grooming, Business communication, E-mail etiquette, Guest Service Excellence, Health & Safety Training (ISO:14000 & 22000).  Launched and trained employees on RAMCO HRIS Software.

 From Fifth employee onboard to a bandwidth of 1100+ employees, recruited, managed, and retained the employees along with the HR team to open the hotel successfully within a year’s time.  Launched various Training programs in collaboration with the DHR.
