My roles & responsibilities in Recruitment : Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent. Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social networks,head hunting and advertisement. Posting Job requirements on leading job portals (if required) and screening responses. Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process. Organizing Telephonic / Face to Face interviews. Ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview. Getting feedback from the panel and candidates about the interview Slots Clearly communicate all aspects of the offer including salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, relocating etc.,
