Having 15 plus years of expertise in hiring diverse talent - Niche roles, operations roles, techno-functional roles, Corporate & leadership roles. In my current role with Google I handle the entire lifecycle of hiring Silicon roles & also advocate DEI initiatives. In my previous role I had anchored the full lifecycle of hiring the Non-Technical/ Technical roles in Operations & in leadership space for the contact center of Groupon at India Region & Sales roles across levels for Australia region. In the past I have successfully worked for domains like; Mechanical engineering R&D, Product life cycle management/ product development, ISP/ network infra/ software architecture.
