i am responsible for two key things , firstly the implementation of around 250 of GCFs investments with a value of around $12Bn. My teams work to ensure that the projects climate impact benefits are delivered, when they are off track we help them get back on track and we ensure the climate beneits that the projects promised deliver as intended. we make sure that the climate benefits are measured and reported accuraey. Secondly, I am responsible for implementing grants in a really unique grant programme that helps countries access GCF funding, and be more prepared for climate related national planning and climate finance strategies. GCF is a unique global platform to respond to climate change by investing in low-emission and climate-resilient development. GCF was established by 194 governments to limit or reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in developing countries, and to help vulnerable societies adapt to the unavoidable impacts of climate change. Given the urgency and seriousness of this challenge, GCF is mandated to make an ambitious contribution to the united global response to climate change.

Leading the Foundation's Access to Finance work, development of a portfolio of enterprises providing capital and services to the market.
