* A senior Cloud Engineer, working on IBMs Cloud Analytics Engine * dashDB. * Responsible for planning, executing and coordinating continuous integration projects which support continuous delivery goals. Helping to transform IBM's traditional On-Prem DB products into a Market leading Database as a Service Cloud offering. * Activities in this role include: * Managing cloud resources (Softlayer/Bluemix/AWS) to ensure product development activities were supported effectively. * Investigation, coordination and tracking to resolution, of roadblocks affecting development velocity, including security, network, performance and scalability issues in IBMs cloud environments. * Working with client representatives to prioritise product development activities and problem investigations * Representing development and test teams in release management activities * Key member of Continuous Integration and Delivery teams focused on constant reduction in time to delivery metrics

* Senior QA Specialist responsible for developing test plans and strategies for an industry leading DBMS product. * Activities in this role included: * Planning, implementing and maintaining a Data Centre and hardware, which became a World Record Holder for the Largest Data Warehouse in the world * Day to day management of physical and logistical controls in accordance with IBM's strict ITCS104 security standards * Acquisition planning * working with stakeholders and sponsors on transfer of business IT projects, ensuring the hardware and services for IBM acquired businesses were seamlessly transferred to IBM premises
