2024年3月、東京工業大学大学院 修士課程修了。 在学中は技術経営や産業構造分析をテーマに研究し、 製造業における人材の流動性や、技術と組織の関係性に関心を持つようになりました。 「人の経験や専門性が、適切な場面で正しく活かされること」が、 新しい価値やイノベーションにつながると考えています。 現在は、製造業・技術分野を中心に、 企業と専門人材をつなぐプロジェクト型の支援に携わっています。 外部パートナーとして、 要件整理、情報提供、キャリアに関する意見交換などを行いながら、 双方にとって無理のない形での関係づくりをサポートしています。 特定の分野に限定せず、 生産技術、材料、プロセス改善、品質、装置など、 現場に根ざしたテーマについてお話を伺う機会が多いです。 カジュアルな情報交換や意見交換も歓迎しておりますので、 ご関心のある方はお気軽にご連絡ください。 I completed my Master’s degree at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in March 2024. During my studies, I focused on technology management and industrial structure analysis, which led me to develop a strong interest in talent mobility within the manufacturing sector and the relationship between technology and organizations. I believe that when individuals’ expertise and experience are aligned with the right opportunities, they can create new value and drive meaningful innovation. Currently, I am involved in project-based initiatives that connect companies with specialized technical professionals, primarily within the manufacturing and technology sectors. As an external partner, I support areas such as requirement alignment, information sharing, and career-related discussions, aiming to facilitate sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships. Rather than limiting myself to a specific niche, I frequently engage in conversations related to production engineering, materials, process improvement, quality management, and equipment—topics closely tied to practical, on-site operations.
