Electric8 is a product and growth consultancy. We help companies find product-market fit through data-driven test and learn. I led projects across various industries, ranging from enterprise software and kids' media to financial services and real estate. A few favourites: - Led a project for an Emmy nominated kids series with a 500M+ audience. Made prototypes and conducted play testing in the US, UK, Brazil, Mexico, and Indonesia. - Led a research and product definition project for Goldbell Group. - Led ethnographic studies for JustCo Group. - Led UX research and training for one of the largest OTAs in Indonesia, Tiket. - Led a rebuild and launch for Discovery owned Asian Food Channel (now Asian Food Network). Built a content style guide (includes photography, styling, recipe writing, tone and voice) from scratch in line with the new value prop. The relaunch of the website contributed 2x to digital revenue, 5x increase in page views and 60% decrease in cost per session.
