I support and coach project members on legal compliance, risk management, and best-practice safety implementation to strengthen our organizational HSE culture. My role includes developing HSE strategies, driving behavioural safety, conducting audits, and ensuring continuous improvement across projects.

Conduct workshops focusing on laboratory protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe chemical handling. This promotes a culture of safety and prepares students for professional laboratory environments. Undertake independent or group research on topics such as green chemistry, drug development, or materials science. Students can formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and analyze data, culminating in presentations or written reports to enhance research and communication skills.
