- Managed software development teams (NPD, sustaining, and rapid response) of 50~100 members (SDMs, SDEs, QAs, UX, DevOps, SRE) located in the U.S., India, and other countries. - Manage 20+ Agora applications (edge AI, IoT, cloud, on-prem, mobile) for lift solutions, vision intelligence, and flow assurance used by 20+ clients (SLB and external) globally. - Collaborate with business development managers, SMEs, and software architects to pursue new opportunities for business growth by creating roadmaps and re-allocating resources. - Collaborate with deployment team for product release management. - Foster partnerships between digital vendors and internal teams.

- Managed a team of 5-10 people supporting multiple applications used for well service (fracturing, coiled tubing, pump down perforating) jobs running in 40+ crews located in over 15 countries. - Worked with management team to plan projects and resources. - Translated business requirements to software requirements and user stories in DevOps. - Organized software verification and validation (V&V) – lab, yard, and field tests. - Software release and obsolescence. - Real time operation supports and root cause analysis.

- Led and developed an innovation project, Automatic Pump Idle Reduction. It’ll reduce costs by thousands of dollars for one pump each year and be applied to 900+ fracturing pumps globally. - Led and developed integration of SLB HMI with the 3rd party control firmware in 3 months, which enabled operation team to use the same HMI to control 400+ fracturing pumps acquired from WeatherFord. - Worked with product champions and SMEs to define requirements and specifications. - Worked with UX experts to design high-performance HMIs. - Performed technical reviews for use cases, code commits, test cases, and user guides. - Mentored software engineers and QAs.

- Led and developed a few SCADA systems for operations, such as stimulation job with 20+ fracturing pumps, plus backend equipment (process trailer and silos), cementing job with cement unit (pump, mixer, tanks), etc. Each system monitors and controls thousands of channels through PLC (NI cRio or SLB devices) (C#, OPC UA, Modbus). - Performed field tests for new SCADA systems in various locations in North America Land. - Software baseline management.

Developed a real-time inertial navigation-based application from scratch for the land and subsea survey jobs (WPF – C#). It provided coordinate based 2D viewer with high-rate data from IMU and GPS through multiple communication protocols (TCP/IP, serial, Bluetooth, file).

Credit risk management applications development (C#, ADO.NET, Oracle/SQL Server).

Developed a handheld application for navigation and data collection (C#, GDI+, Windows CE.NET).
