Role-1: Project Management: For Core Accounting System Suite (Oracle Financials with other custom applications) for three agencies within the US Dept. of Homeland Security (US Coast Guard, Transport Security Administration, and Domestic Nuclear Detection Office. This is a CMMI Level-4 project. Was responsible for Major Releases & Maintenance releases. Role-2: CMMI Manager/Auditor: CMMI Compliance Management and Process Audit Management. Ensured the CMMI compliance was fulfilled by the SDLC process, helped organizations to qualify for CMMI certification.
