Leadership, dedication and teamwork earned promotion to maintenance manager and won Global level First Prize in QRQC competition among 130 manufacturing sites Developed and managed continuous improvement projects, Including equipment modifications, total redesign and installation of process equipment as well as safety issues thereby saving of 5 million rupees Successfully driven TPM in the organization to improve conditions and operations of machines and equipment. Improved OEE from 73% to 79% Designed and documented manuals to simplify work for future maintenance departments. Mentored and guided maintenance and repair work performance. Supervised maintenance management staff and conducted performance reviews of workers and technicians.

Troubleshooting done in imported Dynamometer machine within two days which was under breakdown for 20 days, acknowledged by company President As a TQM coordinator in Pondicherry, successfully implemented systems which played a major role for the organization to achieve the Deming Award Head the QC Circle for Energy Savings and implemented the projects involved in it which reduced the energy consumption by 20% Inculcated the culture of continuous Improvement in a systematic manner and completed around 300 improvements per year for a period of 2 years. Maintained records and tracked work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment and more through computerized system.

Troubleshooting done in 600T press in sister concern unit at Pondicherry plant, which was not running for one week. Obtained Electrical License permit from Electrical Department to work in 33KV substations Visual indications provided for all electrical controls like limit switches, solenoid valves to minimize the time in locating the problem Energy saving projects implemented on reducing the motor capacity, modification of belts, timers for idle run, PID controllers in all machines

I had completed my MBA, Operations from IGNOU through Distance Education I had completed PG Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety from NIFS certified by Annamalai University I am a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified by DNVGL
