Monitoring everyday scrap and register note should be follow for scrap parts,process,Reason.Everyday monitor and control the Acceptable Gauges.If Quality deviation came means consulting with PMD and production team and ideas given to the responsible department.Analysis the failure of the parts and customer complaint attend and Action plan (3W1H) submitted to the Customer.Rework cost report details prepared for COPQ(Cost of Poor Quality).Kaizen report should create for Customer complaint parts.Daily performance deatail should be maintain (Overall production, Rejection Qty, Rework Qty, Scrap Qty, Rework%, scrap%, Rejection% and Rejection PPM,Scrap PPM, Rework PPM).Analog and Digital vernier,Analog and digital beval protector,Analog and digital Micrometer,Height gauge,Dial gauge,scriper,Feeler gauge,Radius gauge, I can handle easily.
