* Monitor performance indicators and working closely with Project Director & Business Manager of the potential deviation with project risk impact and in defining commercial strategies, financial targets and cost control steering parameters. Ensure all project changes are reflected in cost estimates & to support projects change management process (ie VOR). * Responsible for project controlling activities in all regions * Manage finance and project controlling function of project * Monitor and control the cash flow for the overall project * Reporting and consolidation of project financial figures in accordance to internal procedures and contract requirement. * Ensure implementation of cost management Project Execution Module (PEM) in the entire project * Coordinate, support and mentor the regional project cost controllers in the team

* Prepared and to maintain full set of legal firm accounting records in accordance to Bar Council regulations requirement (Legal Practice). * Managed the legal firm cash flows position and to update client cash in/outflows record. * To assist client on any pre-draw excess fund placement to earn interest before the payment / during conveying case period. * To assist clients in computing the Real Property Gain Tax and for property tax submission. * Managed the legal firm administrative matters and to enhance internal control.
