· Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization. · Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. · Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs. · Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements. · Identifies and proposes simple changes for local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for GE Grid Solutions plants within MENAT region & GE LM Wind Power Bergama Plant • Advising Hiring Managers and HR on steps of the recruitment and selection process • Research markets and peer organizations to identify candidates, and provide positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates • Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs • Ensuring utilization of recruitment tools that enables accurate and timely metrics production for recruitment dashboards • Ensuring GE global recruitment policy is implemented effectively

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands of Kyndryl Slovakia • Working closely with Recruiters, developing and implementing recruiting strategies to be able to present qualified candidate shortlists to the Hiring Managers • Preparing ad-hoc and regular reports to be in line with the global KPIs

• Being the single point of contact for recruitment projects for Turkey & Israel for all divisions of the company • Managing 3rd party vendor processes including recruitment agencies and assessors • Assuming responsibility to track KPIs related with recruitment

• Executing full life-cycle recruiting for all business units while partnering HRBPs and business leaders • Taking key responsibility for the establishment of full Employer Branding strategy • Creating strong partnership with universities and 3rd party agencies to further promote the company by organizing online & offline career fairs, seminars, case studies • Built a brand-new long-term internship program “Step Up” (awarded by students in Turkey 3 years in a row) • Boosted internal applications by 150% in 1 year with One Henkel project (awarded regionally)

• Identifying and sourcing talent for Turkey, North Africa and Middle East across multiple functions and job levels • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various channels • Tracking and producing regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting activities

• First level support to all employees regarding HR policies, processes and information and providing updated and accurate data to reporting requests • Executing on-boarding, off-boarding and international assignment processes • Took part in Data Migration project team (Transition from SAP HR to SuccessFactors)

• Being partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs on the recruitment processes • Supporting the C&B team on their operational processes

• Managing recruitment processes of all long-term internship positions
