Led the Engineering & Product development teams, driving the strategic vision in partnership with Exec leadership and the Board. Orchestrated the tech stack transformation from PHP monolith to Golang-based microservices, significantly improving scalability and business agility. Spearheaded the development of an Intelligent Clinical Decision Support (CDS) system, integrating Machine Learning to enhance doctor decision-making. Implemented tools and metrics to track and improve operational efficiency, reducing time to delivery and increasing team productivity.

Led the engineering team for key platforms around student assessments, question banks, and scoreboards, ensuring scalability and system reliability. Transformed the tech stack into a modular platform, driving reuse and improving scalability. Collaborated with HR to design and implement a Tech Competency Framework, ensuring consistent evaluation across engineering teams.

1) Leading team size of 70+ as part of Flipkart technology team. Working on next generation e-commerce supply chain and logistics products around Sortation centers, Warehouse management and logistics platform. 2) Led cross BU charters like Hyperlocal, externalization of WMS, Grocery & SLA reductions by optimizing supply chain and enabling next day deliveries. 3) Lead scale and stability initiatives across all the teams for Big Billion Days sale event across supply chain group to scale the systems to handle huge load in the order of 451 QPS for reservations, 25 Lakh shipment sortation/13 lakh Inventory Inbound (peak) in day, 40 lakhs shipment dispatches per day. 4) Leading the platformization charter working with senior architects to come up with Tech blueprint as well as realization of generic capabilities and adoption across teams. 5) Re-architecting Flipkart WMS system from monolithic system to micro services world to scale for future needs. 6) Bootstrapped Automation charter in logistics space which involves researching around the different types of automation, working on business cases, working with vendors and deployment of robotics in FK facilities. 7) Established processes related to Quality of Work, career conversations and project excellence

1) Leading platform team to deliver Oracle’s Cross-Channel Marketing solution which empowers marketers to deliver more relevant, real-time interactions for consumers across email, mobile, display, social, and web experiences. 2) Responsible for highly scalable, high availability, concurrent, high performing execution modules responsible for launching of campaigns and handling high volume responses. 3) Successfully managed, tracked and led major features for major/minor releases using agile methodologies with best quality on time. 4) Lead recruiting effort to build development team from scratch. 5) Lead the effort to deliver “SMS solution” where I was responsible for Technical design for business features to support SMS campaign design/management, gateway & listener code to support incoming and outgoing personalized sms messages to targeted customers. 6) Design and implement “CAFÉ framework” to support plug and play integration with multiple SMS aggregators which enables the product to listen to incoming as well as allow outgoing sms with aggregators. This reduced time-to-market to onboard a new SMS Aggregator which was earlier upward of 3 month. Successfully filed Patent for Café framework.
