Member, JSW Steel Board (since Mar 2019) Key responsibilities include: Operations: Lead debottlenecking across all units (iron zone, steel zone, mill zone) to enhance productivity, drive lower Costs and minimize defects while driving high equipment utilization: • Enhanced the production from 3.5 MTPA to name plate capacity 5 MTPA • 5.2% liquid metal production enhancement through digital transformation program entailing operations excellence and reliability improvement initiatives • Digitalized key maintenance processes across Iron zone plants; reduced unplanned downtime at Blast Furnace by >80% • >15% enhancement in metallurgical coke throughput driven by a combination of best in class drive incorporating IoT, Computer Vision and man-less operations implementation Projects: Lead the massive expansion project of additional 5 MTPA integrated steel plant with an investment of INR 20000 Cr at Dolvi with significant space constraints, under record timelines. Involved with all stake holders top to bottom for project completion – leveraging next-gen capabilities and skills - Bill Tracking System, Analytics leveraging Primavera, Predictive Risk Assessment capabilities. Championed digitalization and Industry 4.0 drive to build future ready plant across all areas and support functions (including procurement, logistics, large project management among others) Manage other stakeholders (local government, policy, unions) on a day-to-day and strategic level Research and Development to ensure ability to meet stringent customer requirements (automotive) Managing Energy efficiency & Environment protection by building best in class solutions across shops (current and planned operations – including composite de-dusting system)

Lead the overall operations of 12 MTPA integrated plant. The iron zone included 4 Blast furnaces and 2 Corex units and had beneficiation unit, RMHS, Sinter plants and Pellet plants. The Steel Zone had 3 no.s of SMS units, 1 CRM and 2 no.s of HSM and in long products 1 unit of WRM and 2 no.s of BRM of 2.8 MTPA. Key achievements of reducing non confirming products from 6% to less than 1% for HSM Debottlenecking and enhancing production by increasing heats by 24% in SMS with minimal capex. Increased pellet plant production by 3 times and sinter plant by 15% creating a 10% enhanced production in Blast Furnace Lead the Application Engineering Group – deployed to provide real time product support and solutions to customers and value engineering Lead, Total Quality Management and Digitalization drive – Collaborated with best-in-class partners including Boston Consulting Group, JFE,among others. Drove key projects including: SAP Usage Improvement Project, implementation of MES & other automation & tracking systems Lead, Automation Deployment: MES & other automation & tracking systems: Implementation of ENFA across JSW group, TQM portal, WAR ROOM, i-Log based Coal Blending Optimization model, E- Learning software for Safety Additional responsibility of: Director, JSW Steel Processing Centre Limited - 0.5 MTPA facilities
