• Procurement of TMT Steel , MS Solid Round Bar from Primary and secondary vendor for the project site. • Procurement of Structrual Items like MS Beam, Channel, MS Pipe, GI Pipe, CGI sheet and other structural material for the Project sites. • Procurement of MS sheet, MS Plate, HR Coil in desired shape as per project requirements. • Negotiation for Price, availability, payment term, quality of goods and delivery time. • Preparation of Techno commercial sheet & final Purchase Order from S4 HANA and SAP R3 base. • Overseeing Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle to ensure timely invoice processing and payments. • Proficient in developing new vendors to build stable supply streams for uninterrupted support to operations. • Hands on exposure to handling cost effective procurement and achieving significant savings through effective evaluation & strategic sourcing of vendors, developing cost-effective alternatives for various operations as well as developing effective pricing strategies for procurement of materials & equipments. • Skilled in negotiating with vendors to supply required materials / services at cost-effective rates, within specified timeframe. • Excellent team member with a unique blend of Managerial, Technical, Functional and Motivating skills backed by strong record of facilitating cross-functional coordination.
