Gagik Martirosyan

As a Manager at EMIRALD Real Estate in Dubai, I serve as a key liaison between our executive leadership and both internal departments and external stakeholders. Externally, I work closely with agents and strategic partners to drive growth and expand our market presence. Internally, I coordinate with the Sales, IT, Marketing and Finance teams by playing an active role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and operational excellence. I am an alumnus of European and International Politics and Policy (MSc) at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (2024-2025), complemented by a BA in Economics and Business with East European Studies degree from University College London (UCL) (2021-2024). Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, economic/public policy, and political science, as demonstrated in my undergraduate research on the banking sector's effect on private consumption in Türkiye and my published works on Armenia's economic transition and eco-tourism development. Professionally, I have worked as a Business Analyst at Blackmont Consulting. I have also honed my expertise through roles such as Credit Intern and Assistant to the Director at Gladzor Universal Credit Organisation, where I supported financial oversight, conducted credit risk assessments, and contributed to strategic decision-making. Additionally, I have expanded my analytical and financial modeling skills through multiple investment banking virtual experiences with Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, and Standard Chartered. Fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian, with limited proficiency in German, I am adept at financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and data analysis using tools like MS Office, R and STATA. I am passionate about leveraging my economic, political and financial expertise to contribute to strategic decision-making in the private and public sectors.
