Responsible for Financial reporting and Technical accounting. Financial Reporting experience included consolidations, Foreign currency matters (FAS 52) and system implications, M&A integrations, divestitures, management reports, and SEC reporting. Significant experience around IFRS and US GAAP including complex accounting issues on business combination (PPA), revenue recognition, restructuring, leases, derivatives & hedging, shared based payments, impairment assessment of goodwill and intangibles, assessment of reporting units, discontinued operations, revenue recognition convergence and recent accounting pronouncements.

Significant experience with EY providing audit and advisory services to SEC registrants and pre-IPO companies and managed SOX 404 attestation. Led multiple discussions with National Office on complex technical accounting issues. Significant U.S. GAAP and IFRS experience gained around (i) revenue recognition - multiple element arrangements, software, PCS, PS, semiconductor, IT services, embedded lease, gross vs. net, (ii) share based payments, (iii) business combinations, (iv) impairment assessment of goodwill and intangibles (v) lease accounting including sale & leaseback, embedded lease, (vi) derivatives & hedging, (vii) Review of 10-K, 10-Q, S-1 filings. Significant experience gained around SOX including design, operating effectiveness and remediation of significant deficiencies.
