• Led strategic sourcing initiatives for direct materials, driving negotiations, cost reduction projects, cost avoidance, and supply risk mitigation; • Managed technical categories including motors, compressors, machined and stamped parts, electrical components/PCBs, cables and fittings, soldering materials, refrigerant gas, hoses, and packaging (plastic, cardboard, EPS), as well as printed materials; • Developed and qualified domestic and international suppliers, including RFQ processes, technical-commercial analysis, sample validation, pilot lots, and production ramp-up; • Led localization, dual sourcing, and VA/VE projects to ensure competitiveness, supply continuity, and process improvements; • Worked closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning (PCPM), Production, Logistics, and Laboratory teams in new product development, technical validation, and industrialization; • Managed international negotiations and import processes, including logistics follow-up and interface with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; • Structured and managed supply, loan-for-use, and confidentiality (NDA) contracts in partnership with the Legal department; • Maintained and managed commercial conditions in ERP systems (pricing, lead time, MOQ, payment terms, freight), purchase order management, and materials planning support; • Monitored key performance indicators (OTD, DPO, savings, cost avoidance) and supported management decision-making; • Worked cross-functionally with Tax, Finance, and Controlling teams to ensure compliance in purchasing, payment, and import operations; • Actively participated in the development and maintenance of Purchasing Policies, procedures, and team training; • Systems: TOTVS Datasul (ERP) and Pipefy (workflow).

• Managed logistics and customs operations for import and export, maintaining effective relationships with international suppliers; • Implemented savings projects, optimizing operational costs in international logistics; • Responsible for MRO and facilities procurement, achieving significant cost reductions; • Experienced in TOTVS Logix system and Excel for data control and analysis; • Conducted demand analysis and stock maintenance to support uninterrupted operations; • Negotiated with service providers to streamline logistics processes, achieving time and cost efficiencies.
