Professional with 18 years of experience in budgeting for electromechanical installation (MEP) projects, with a track record across various sectors, including Data Centers, hospitals, clean rooms, pharmaceutical, food and automotive industries, logistics warehouses, airports, hangars, and hotel complexes, among others. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in project analysis, quantity surveying, commercial cost estimating, and technical inspections, covering electrical systems (MV/LV), HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and special systems (automation, access control, CCTV, structured cabling).
