During my time here I worked on the television program Judge Rinder. My role was to find participants for the show. I would have to manage phone calls and emails taking questions and queries from potential participants. I would also have to do my own search through the media to try find any interesting stories from people and contact them to see if they had any interest in help from the show. I would also be required to work in the studio helping the cast and crew on the day of filming including making sure everyone involved had all the required information.

Whilst working here my role was to manage purchase orders as and when we received them as well as creating new ones on the in-house system. Chasing clients for any purchase orders that were overdue. Communicating with customers either by phone or email and logging new jobs from them onto our portal. Keeping track of the portal to ensure all jobs were progressing through each stage of the process. Liaising with depots and suppliers to chase costs and ensure they matched our invoices before they were closed and sent out.

During my time here I worked in the collections department. My role consisted of provided an excellent level of customer service to all customers. I had to maintain and update both electronic and manual records whilst taking a large volume of phone calls and answering any queries. I had to manage customers mortgage accounts and have in depth discussions with those in need of financial help. All of the customers I dealt with would be looking to come to arrangements to either pay off accumulated arrears or discuss the possibility of upcoming arrears. This would entail having to discuss the customers personal circumstances, go through an in depth lifestyle budget with them and create an affordable and maintainable plan to help them find a solution. Results would include a repayment plan, a restructure of the mortgage, financial advise or sale of the property.
