Worked under Joana Ramsey, Division Chair of the Business Department. Created scheduling and attendance templates for Adult Cohort classes. Performed basic clerical duties such as copying, putting together informational packets, filing, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Worked under division’s Administrator and aided in the marketing decision process by compiling pricing options such as television and radio commercials, billboards, and other various marketing mediums. Worked under division’s Office Manager and created tables and graphs with assigned data, and basic clerical duties such as typing dictions and creating and organizing files.

Developed implementation plan and charter, managed all administrative and marketing responsibilities including scheduling, correspondence, and developing physician and patient marketing and educational materials. Standardized patient and medical staff logistics, organized new patient-care models, improved communication channels amongst the different departments, developed patient database to analyze patient trends, and increased the utilization of electronic health records in the delivery of care.

Continued position in November 2012 - January 2013 Scheduled itineraries and managed logistical and travel information for physicians and other staff members interviews and recruitment. Maintained Chairman’s dynamic schedule and travel itineraries, managed Orthopaedic call schedule, triaged division phone calls, typed dictations, developed filing systems, organized correspondence and basic office functions such as typing, filing, faxing, and copying. Developed training and orientation materials for this position and trained two replacements.
