Supporting 3+ million businesses with revenues up to $25MM. Contributing to product strategy, initiative execution, and business roadmap planning across deposits, lending, payments, and financial solutions. Gaining cross-functional experience while helping deliver comprehensive banking services to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide.

I review applications & budgets weekly to award micro-grant funding to approximately 30 students per semester to support personal projects & education endeavors. I also pioneered a monthly alumni panel series called “Life After Yale,” designed to expose & facilitate networking between current students & alumni in their desired career path.

As the President of BSC, I spearhead the organization of annual conference that brings together approximately 500 Black students nationwide to engage in discussions pertaining to the Black collegiate experience & contemporary issues in the Black community while managing & delegating to 25 person board & 5 committees. I construct & oversee $100,000 budget to align with projected attendance & ticket sale outcomes while simultaneously securing sponsorships from corporate sponsors, Yale departments, & professional schools. With the marketing committee, I develop & execute marketing strategies, resulting in outreach to 150 new colleges, wider national awareness of the conference, & a more geographically diverse attendee base. Having a conference theme centered around "Mobilizing with Care in the Black Community," this year, my board and I secured Minnijean Brown-Trickey, former member of the Little Rock Nine, as our keynote speaker, and Grammy award nominated rap artist Kaliii as our concert performer.

I worked closely with the board to plan annual conference that brings together over 500 Black college students from across the nation to discuss timely issues and current events facing the Black community. I delegated tasks to committee members to plan conference events, including discussion panels, social activities, a keynote dinner, and a concert, all centered around the 2023 theme of “Intersectionality in the Black Identity,” featuring Tamika Mallory and Chelsea Miller as guest speakers.

As a head coach, I conducted bi-weekly sessions to assist incoming freshmen with math applications & problem sets to facilitate their acclimation to Yale's academic rigor . I advised these incoming freshmen on studying habits and general student life at Yale, and was responsible for monitoring & holding weekly meetings with a group of coaches

As the Second Vice President, I helped plan the NAACP event calendar for all New York state youth & college groups. Alongside the President, I planned and led state-wide quarterly meetings & fundraisers. I work closely alongside the other executives to collaborate with local politicians, activists and organizations to further the agenda of the NAACP.

I set up suites rented during games and stadium events with food and beverages. I catered to patrons while working closely with the kitchen, food service team, and warehouse team.

I answered phone calls & spoke to constituents concerning personal & local issues. I wrote press releases for candidate endorsements & helped strategize campaign events. In the office, I organized, labeled & filed paperwork & reports
