I help leaders and organizations communicate with clarity and confidence, whether that means shaping a strategic message, managing a crisis, or coaching an executive before a high-stakes appearance. Over the course of my career, I've worked across sectors and communication disciplines: strategic communication, PR, media relations, crisis communication, leadership communication, and internal communications. I've advised leaders directly and built communication strategies and campaigns from the ground up, from executive positioning to day-to-day messaging, always with the same goal: making complex topics clear, credible, and relevant to the audience that needs to understand them. Training & consultingI'm also a qualified speech and communication trainer. I combine hands-on professional experience with practical training, helping leaders and professionals speak and communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. My topics include, among others, public speaking, presentation skills, assertive communication, leadership communication and crisis communication.What ties it all togetherEffective communication isn't about saying more. Taught a media studies course to undergraduate (BA) students, focused on traditional media channels: their characteristics, when and how to use them, and how businesses can apply them effectively. Combined theory with hands-on practice: students worked in teams to develop a business concept and create channel-specific advertising for it (e.g. TV, print, radio). Also organized site visits to TV and radio studios and editorial newsrooms, giving students first-hand insight into how media content is actually produced.

INPUT Program

Led communication and event management for INPUT Program, an EU-funded initiative supporting innovative Hungarian tech startups in validating their ideas, finding investment, developing their products, and entering international markets. Shaped communication strategy and key messages, managed media and press relations, and led content creation across channels, alongside internal communication for the program. Organized and coordinated a wide range of events nationwide, including professional conferences, public and community events, and networking and investor events, delivering around 150 events per year across the country. Over the course of the program, INPUT supported more than 700 innovative idea owners and startups across industries such as AI, fintech, healthtech, and sustainable energy, and built a professional network spanning 11 countries. The program's methodology and impact were recognized with a UN Global Best Practice Award. One of my proudest achievements from this period was co-creating IdeaFest, a nationwide business idea competition for high school students, built from the ground up with my team. The program took students through regional heats and a national final, paired finalist teams with mentors, and rewarded winners with international study trips, introducing hundreds of young people to entrepreneurship and teamwork.
