- Coordinate the planning, execution and launch of the product Movil Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) - Coordinate the strategy of the wholesale business with the rest of the company. - Develop solutions to maintain cost effectiveness with a sustainable growth. - Evaluate the different plans of business presented by the wholesale unit.

- Coordinate the design and implementation of new interconnections with international operators in Volp or TDM. - Coordinate with the national operators the growth required according to the planning of switching capacity and transmission means for interconnection. - Monitor of fiber optic exchanges through the different business models (leasing threads, leasing capacity).

- Manage and coordinate bilateral agreements for the service of GPRS, 3G, VOICE and CAMEL, in order to maximize revenues according to the business strategy. - Evaluate and analyze possible extensions of international routes, ensuring the quality of service offered to the client and offering new features. - Coordinate, control and evaluate the feasibility and projects for wholesale customers in various technologies (TDM, MPLS, L2L, Frame Relay, among others). - Design, plan and propose the best technical solutions to wholesale customers in order to obtain a positive impact on business revenues.

Program and execute general installation activities for the operation and development of audiovisual communications systems in the department of special transmissions. Control and ensure the operation of the Flyaway C-band and Bandaku antennas.
