Gave tours of the University to prospective students and the general public.

I was the primary contact for students in the undergraduate Economics Academic Advising Office. Our office provides major advising for a community of +2800 economics undergraduate students on three majors, as well as department and university policies. Served as the liaison to the Registar’s office, Extension Office, Bookstore, and Programs Abroad Office, as well as collaborated with the department Vice-Chair to review and process undergraduate petitions. I managed the process of ordering textbooks and desk copies for the department, and serve as instructional support for professors and teaching assistants. In addition, was in charge of the management and coordination of the Concurrent Enrollment process, Economics Transfer Orientation Sessions and New Student Information sessions.

Responsible for the front desk reception for the Muir Academic Advising Office. I acted as a primary resource for a 3000+ student community and addressed questions on academic concerns and Increased operational efficiency of office by effectively performing administrative duties
