As Tax Legal Coordinator, I’m responsible for overseeing and managing all tax legal matters, ensuring robust compliance with national and international tax regulations. Performance, elaboration and full participation in processes judicial and administrative, within the scope of tax litigation, structuring all chain acts for the effective scope of the proposed measure and solution of the demand. Development of procedural documents, with monitoring of all stages subsequent work. Execution of diligences and dispatches within the scope of the Branch Judiciary and administrative. Reporting for audit and update/control services internal customer base, as well as consultative support to better understand the demands of partner companies. Study, development and creation of theses, seeking to align the theory with the practice, aiming to reduce the liabilities of companies, especially in the scope of tax and corporate law. Legal support to clients and their respective areas of operation, ensuring the compliance in companies. Wide use of electronic systems for day-to-day organization (schedule and deadlines), reporting and for electronic petitioning in all Brazilian states.

Performance in judicial and administrative proceedings, with development of procedural documents, in addition to monitoring cases, creation of reports for clients, audits, execution of due diligence and dispatch with public authorities. Development and creation of theses, seeking solutions focused on the tax law. Legal support to partner corporations, aiming to align their conduct with the pertinent legislation, ensuring and affirming the compliance rules of the companies. Experience with all the tools and systems of the courts in general, the DataJuri legal system and the Office Package, all used daily to assist in carrying out the work and finding quick and practical solutions.

Development and elaboration of procedural documents judicial and administrative matters, creation of presentations of a legal nature and strategic for the company, directed to management and coordinators, in addition to assistance in the legal opinions available to other areas of the company. Execution of due diligence and dispatch with public authorities. Use of the BCLegal system for registration, updating and monitoring of processes, as well as constant use of the Office Package and court systems in daily activities.

Development and creation of procedural activities such as: collection letter, subpoenas and official letters. Carrying out paralegal issues, such as organizing internal plans and control of agency/police station acts. Participation in study groups related to Brazilian legislation.
