Operations and Human Resources Manager at Empire National. While working at Empire National I have learned a lot about the logistics industry and how a company will grow and become successful by adapting to the always changing industry. The multicultural and international environment I have worked with in my previous experiences as well as in Empire National allowed me to take the best out of different work styles from around the world and grow the teams I am working with and proudly be part of the success of the Expidete department. Currently responsible for 16 people in the Operations department in 3 different shifts and 2 different continents. Focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and assistance to both our brokers and our drivers 24/7. Responsible for the HR department which includes recruitment of drivers and owner-operators, driver support, verification of document control department, and VIP department, as well as reinforcing the procedures of the HR department that have to be aligned with our safety team. Proudly part of the Customer Relations team, creating stronger business relations with our brokers and developing new procedures to improve customer service and the customer experience. Always on the lookout for new people who can bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
