Since 2010, as CEO of BESIX RED S.A. and member of the BESIX RED Board of Directors, expanding the corporate development, achieving steady and solid results, improving the business strategy (by means of a geographical as well as a sectorial diversification), seizing opportunities and facilitating business operations are part of my day-to-day mission. Besides, ensuring that the values of BESIX RED (Excellence, Expertise, Team spirit, Respect and Innovation) transpire through each of our projects but also within our team is another part of my job. Real Estate passionate with over 30 years of experience, my expertise includes general management of Large and Medium sized entities (LME’s) within the European real estate market (Belgium, Luxembourg, France, The Netherlands, Portugal & Hungary), risk management, market analysis, commercial and financing negotiations, mergers and acquisitions related to all commercial (office, retail & services) as well as residential real estate development operations. As real estate developers, our primary mission is to conceive real estate projects in response to the current and future needs of our clients (investors and occupants) and to participate in the development of the city with projects that are harmoniously integrated into their environment.
