CINOP is a consultancy organisation and expertise centre in the sectors General and Further Education, Vocational Education and Training, (VET), Education and VET research, ICT, business management training and capacity building, employing over 175 academic trained professionals. The consultancy tasks are extra, that is in addition to the regular daily duties of a HoD / Senior teacher. The consultancy tasks include: 1. Project management related tasks 2. Special projects (accreditation of DFP and its programs, Saudisation of DFP staff, training of young Saudis, creation of inkages between DFP and relevant partners) 3. Development and improvement of DFP’s daily operations I am responsible for the management, organisation and implementation of the academic programs including the teaching - learning process, the curriculum development and staffing of the Animal Production Department. As achievements : I provided well trained young Saudi Nationals who are competent and are currently filling technical jobs in Almarai Company.
