• Bench test support to EVs projects: HVAC, motor horn, steering wheel switch control, keyfobs and interior car light. • Drawing release (Altium): electrical schematic, SMT assembly, 3D PCBA, PCB tooling fabrication, PCB fabrication and Electrical BOM. • Support to keyfob radiated pattern characterization to match ANSYS simulation. • Basic FW updates on C (CodeWarrior). • LIN protocol. • Development of electrical tests to assure quality of new products. • Lab equipment: LCR meter, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, APX, logic state analyzers, power supplies, luminance meters, audio level meters, temperature meters and others. • Redaction of detailed test data reports for HW and FW releases. • NPI electronic component buyer to cover entire SMK process (Digi-key, Mouser, Avnet, Arrow, Commodity components, Verical and others). • Document control: engineering change orders, engineering deviations, engineering change requests, customer approval forms, part approval forms and others. • GIGO warehouse management system. • Passion for RF.
