Manage all ACPC logistics tasks for delivering contract fulfillment (between Senvion Shanghai's mother company Senvion Gmbh and oversea clients) to AU, Chile, Argentina etc. including trucking, airfreight, oversea shipping for oversized cargo (70.5m long blade) transport.

In charge of international ocean transport, project cargo transport etc. Handled a thermal power project-- boiler (about 13000CBM--total 5 batches) transport from Shanghai to Laem Chabang Thailand. Shipper is Shanghai Boiler Works Co. Ltd. which is a subsidiary of Shanghai Electric. Responsible for coordination of all parties (shipper, Shanghai port, vessel owner and ship agent at the destination port). Also be responsible for supervising cargo loading at Shanghai port and unloading at Laem Chabang port. Also currently handling India project for Shanghai Boiler Works Co., Ltd., transported nearly 15000cbm boiler parts from Shanghai to Indian ports (Mumbai, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam, Haldia and Kolkata)

Be fully responsible for production logistics and project logistics—transport all the components from various locations to factory and transport finished cargo to the project site—Including inland transport and also import and export (Korea, Germany and Italy etc.). Act as a team leader of 10-15 colleagues, 5 colleagues in Logistics department and almost 10 site engineers for wind farm project. In charge of production logistics and project logistics for first project in Guizhou. Including follow up delivery schedule from suppliers, arrange project schedule, be responsible for whole company’s production and delivery logistics chain, supervise oversized cargo transport. Perfectly finished the purchasing task of 19 wind turbine towers with cost control effectiveness and risk averse. As this first project is in the mountainous area in Guizhou, transport is a big obstacle for the oversized cargo delivery. Our company’s wind turbine is 2.5MW whose blade is 45.3m long, so it makes more difficult for the transport of the blade on the provincial roads. After research, trailer modification factory was targeted and 3 new trailers were modified to satisfy the transport of blade on the mountainous provincial road. And in Nov 2011, 3 blades for the wind turbine arrived in Guizhou Sige Project site. This new designed trailer is the basis for the oversized cargo transport in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan in the future.
