• Applied interferometry in tandem with an Aerotech CNC stage controlled using G-Code to measure the refractive index of an aerogel tile for quality assurance. • Utilized SolidWorks to create 3D models and evaluated their performance in various thermal and fluid conditions using SolidWorks Flow Simulation for the HELIX balloon-borne experiment to optimize heat distributions for Muon data collection. • Analyzed simulated and experimental data using custom Python scripts, Jupyter Notebook, and ROOT both locally and remotely on UNIX-based machines via SSH to verify simulations against real life test situations and to process and analyze spectrometer output data. • Simulated high atmospheric environments using a thermal vacuum chamber for various component tests of equipment to ensure they would perform in harsh environments.

• Used SolidWorks to CAD a motor mount for a three-phase electric motor on a go-cart with the Motor Mounts team.

• Designed marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop 2015 for upcoming events hosted by the Queen’s Physics/Engineering Physics student council. • Helped organize events, funding, and renovations for The Department of Physics, Engineering Physics and Astronomy at Queen’s University.

• Delivered timber and other building supplies using a Ford F550 hydraulic flatbed and an Isuzu N-Series box truck holding an Ontario “G” class license ensuring deliveries were made on time and cautiously. • Unloaded transport trucks and organized the yard using a Load Lifter Laborer 8000 series forklift securing supply for future sale. • Processed payments in person or over the phone and served as an estimator for small scale building projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Collaborated with a team of Red Seal certified carpenters framing residential and commercial structures in compliance with municipal building codes and health and safety regulations.
