Coordinate the roadmap, technical/financial feasibility studies, and support the implementation of the autonomous and teleoperations initiatives at Vale.

Responsible for standartization, feasibility studies, support of implementation, performance measurement and sutaintability for autonomous and teleoperated projects.

I'm part of the 'Autonomous Mine' project team, responsible for feasibility studies, financial engineering, contracting and implementation of autonomous hauling trucks and drilling machines technologies at Vale (Brazil and abroad). Performing the countinous follow up and implementing change management practices, which are extremely necessary in a such disruptive technology.

Responsible for programming, executing and coordinating the commissioning phase. Engineering team coordination (8 professionals from many areas) responsibles for fast solutions. Responsible for many contracts in many fields (US$ millions), dealing with national and abroad partners, including automation systems such PLC programming, ABB hybrid system and PIMS. Coordinated the handover from project team to operation’s, after plant accomplished performance requirements.

Responsible for leading assembling teams at field (focused on instrumentation, automation and electric tasks) and successfully delivered eletric hoists, overhead cranes, online-analisys environment pollution systems, automated fire fighting systems, pumping, safety equipments, and a sort of other instrumentation and equipment assembling tasks. Was designated to control the cable assembling and wiring of the entire project and saved about US$ 1.2 millions creating tools to manage inventories and construction teams.

Responsible for planing and controlling the engineering design of many areas such as roads, dams, railway, electrical and commissioning structures - developer; SNC Lavalin. Helped to update Vale’s planning procedure, suggesting modify weight from supply phase and raise the constructions and commissioning ones. Created automated routines using VBA, Access and SQL tools.
