* Receiving booking shipment (export & import) from overseas agent * Manage shipment and checking rate to pricing team * Checking cargo readiness to shipper/consignee and advise schedule to shipper/consignee once space confirm * Prepare draft document (MAWB & HAWB) to shipper or Consignee * Input document in system (Cargo wise) * Checking document (HAWB, MAWB, INV PKL) and coordinate trucking with shipper * Finalize document after shipment arrive in airport warehouse for export * Coordinate loading and unloading shipment with warehouse team for handling * Sent Pre-alert to overseas agent for outbound shipment * Prepare invoice to Shipper/Consignee and Overseas agent * Booking trucking if any requirement * Submit EDI for export shipment

* Receive booking from customer (forwarding agent) * Input shipment booking to system (Sky chain) * Checking inbound shipment if any import shipment for arrival flight * Checking Space with Headquarter for avaibility space and giving confirmation schedule/space to customer (forwarding agent) * Loading shipment plan and shipment manifest for outbound shipment * Supervise cargo handling from arrival goods during before flight and coordinate with GHA * Coordinate with GHA, Passenger Staff and Warehouse Team for BUP ULD before flight * Checking document, destination and space in present day is cleared * Make sure loading time is reachable and completing before departure time * Report to headquarter and Leader, shipment is complete departing with no mistake * Monitoring shipment if any update from destination station * Report pre-alert to Headquarter for outbound shipment (especially LIVE FISH, Fresh Tuna, Fruit and Handicraft)
