• Oversaw and develop payroll procedures, ensured compliance with laws and tax obligations, reported to CFO & Comptroller, and maintained accurate payroll records. • Knowledge of payroll regulations and software (ADP Workforce Now), excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Process payroll for 600 employees, Weekly & Bi-Weekly, off-cycle payrolls, process commission checks, and balance general ledger payroll accounts.

• Process and manage all aspects of global payroll efficiently, timely and accurately. • Communicate with clients, employers, and legal entities regarding payroll, taxes, wages, deductions, off-cycle payrolls, garnishment inquiries and resolutions. • As a Global Senior Payroll Specialist, manage payroll operations for multiple countries. Process Semi-Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Weekly, and off-cycle payrolls for clients like: BMW, Qualcomm, and Hitachi. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal & state taxes and wage garnishment laws and regulations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of payroll processes. • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for payroll procedures. • Analyze and administer child support orders, state and federal tax levies, and garnishments in compliance with all legal requirements for clients like: Walmart, Verizon, and FedEx.
