o Execute statutory petroleum product marking for fuel tankers at terminal loading facilities in compliance with regulatory and operational standards. o Perform accurate volume calculations, dosing measurements, and reconciliation to ensure correct marker application and product accountability. o Maintain strict custody and accountability of petroleum markers and controlled materials, ensuring reconciliation within approved discrepancy limits. o Capture operational field data and prepare daily reconciliation reports using Microsoft Excel to support audit readiness and traceability. o Enforce compliance with terminal safety procedures, PPE usage, and hazard identification protocols. o Coordinate with terminal personnel, inspectors, and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient tanker processing. o Monitor marker inventory levels and maintain documentation for stock accountability and regulatory compliance. o Identify hazards and near-miss events and escalate through established safety reporting channels. o Participate in safety briefings, operational training, and continuous improvement initiatives. o Support efficient tanker turnaround operations by ensuring accurate marking processes and minimizing operational delays.

Conducted training as needed for new employees and refresher training for quality inspectors and technicians. Implemented process improvements including quality gauges, data collection and SPC programs. Assisted the senior quality engineer in ensuring that the technical files and documents required for production and inspection meet document and revision requirements. Participated in drawings review and approval. Conducted audit on jigs, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date. Assisted the Senior Quality Engineer in coordination and reporting of the First Article Inspections and production tests. Supported the New Product Development (NPD) & Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports and giving quality feedback throughout the test period. Worked with QC to Identify root causes of quality issues in the production process, recommend and/or implement corrective measures.

Conduct visual inspections of LPG cylinders before filling to identify any external defects, damage, or corrosion. Verify the weight of empty cylinders and confirm that it matches the standard specifications. Monitor and inspect the LPG filling process to ensure that it adheres to safe and standardized procedures. Inspect valves and fittings on LPG cylinders to ensure they are in good condition and properly sealed. Oversee and verify the performance of hydrostatic testing on cylinders to ensure structural integrity. Review and verify all relevant documentation, including batch records, certificates, and quality control reports. Ensure that all filling activities comply with local, national, and international safety and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all personnel involved in the filling process are aware of quality standards and procedures.
