Fábio Franchini

Sanyuu was founded in 1969 to become the captive insurance brokerage company of the Mitsui Group in Brazil. In 2003, after a spin-off, Sanyuu became an independent broker, with a large presence inside the Brazilian market, especially among the Japanese companies established in Brazil. Sanyuu is continuously searching for the best and most adequate solutions in the insurance business, with the permanent goal to protect our client’s assets. Since 2008, Sanyuus was acquired by Fabio Franchini and Aktiv, a German insurance broker. The partnership helped capitalizing the company, bringing differentiated products, adding risk management capacity and allowing Sanyuu to handle international accounts even better.

Promove Corretora de Seguros Ltda was founded in 1996, with the mission of being the exclusive broker for Transfer - a vehicle transportation company founded in 1960. In 1999, after a merging process of its vehicle transportation segment, Transfer made the spin-off of Promove. Ever since, Promove has been applying the experience acquired in the transportation segment by offering insurance brokerage services to transport companies in general. In recent years, Promove expanded its business expertise, working in several segments of the insurance business and developing unique or special insurance proposals and solutions to its clients’ base.
