Specialised in the procurement and sale of beef, lamb, pork, poultry, seafood and game meats across markets in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines. My primary focus was on mitigating risks, cultivating long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers and driving significant growth in market share and profitability for the business.

Focused on market analysis to identify and convert leads into sales while expanding the supplier and customer network through trade show engagement. Oversaw export documentation and deal execution, with a primary focus on market development in Singapore, Thailand, and the broader Southeast Asian region.

I facilitated the export of dairy and breeding livestock from Southern and Western Australia to China. I assisted in the procurement of livestock on farms and managed our pre-export quarantine facilities. I coordinated the loading and unloading of all vessels and aircraft consignments and assisted with the induction programs at our importer's farms and dairies in China.

Sourced tropical breed beef cattle from Northern Australian producers for export to targeted international markets, I took on diverse operational responsibilities throughout this process.

Based in Vietnam, I focused on animal health and feedlot management while assisting in the implementation of exporter supply chain assurance systems for our international customers. My responsibilities included recruiting and training local Vietnamese animal welfare officers and collaborating with the Australian government to establish traceability systems.

Managed customer livestock selection both on farms and in quarantine facilities, with a focus on quarantine operations and feed rations for feeder and slaughter cattle. Coordinated with government authorities to secure export approvals and oversaw the loading and unloading of vessels. Served as head stockman aboard purpose-built livestock vessels, accompanying shipments to international markets.

Completed two full seasons living and working at Maryfield Station and Limbunya Station in the Northern Territory.
