• Managed supply strategy for VBP (volume-based procurement) tenders, covering multi-province scope. • Coordinated demand planning, replenishment, and global HQ communication.

• Forecasted & coordinated demand for 300+ SKUs across premium brands. • Implemented distributor incentive schemes and joint business plans. • Beer Knowledge project PMO. Created 3-level online Beer Knowledge system, trained 48 trainers, delivered 100+ local training session. Developed Portfolio mini-app to energize local sales.

• Supply Network planning and production plan scheduling. In charge of Production plan for 2 plants with yearly Vol 3 MHL. Created Production Plan shifting SOP and benefited +10% production stability for 27 plants. Created a Python software for auto network-allocation checking. • Finished Goods Inventory Policy routine and Optimization. Deployed inventory policy for 27 plants, and monitoring cashflow. Built EOQ/Cycle Stock model and shared to Global as a best practice.

• Project Management. PMO & SPOC for Corona Production localization. Coordinated within APAC and Global functions. Project delivered 1 month ahead of budget, and delivered 13MUSD savings in 2019. • Supply chain overhead management of Finished Goods, Work-In-Process, Packaging Materials & Raw Materials. Implemented Global Inventory value control Processes in 6 countries.

Portfolio Structure rationalization. Formed SKU tracking and analysis model, built 4-stage Life-cycle. Rationalized 200+ SKU. Created SKU complexity monthly report to open visibility.
