- Prepare necessary documents, reports and present at the Board of Director meeting; - Organise Company’s Annual General Meeting and work together with Share Registrars and Company Secretary closely; - Review and analyse the Group and its subsidiaries monthly financial statement and document down the issues noted, discuss and recommend improvement plans to Top Management; - Monitor closely on the monthly management account against forecast prepared and liaise with respective division and department head to ensure achievement of company target; - Review internal control of every department, production processes and recommend improvement plans to Top Management; - Work together with IT Department to enhance the SAP system as well as to perform an overall review of the current business processes flow. Thereafter, work with all departments to generate useful dashboard for the end users; - Prepare tax and deferred tax computation, group consolidation account, half yearly announcement, annual report for listed company; - In charge of Costing department and perform plant operation cost comparison in Malaysia and Indonesia. - Review contribution margin / material consumption and discuss the root cause with Production HODs; - Perform annual review on inventory overheads absorption rate; - Review and set up transfer pricing policy within the Group. To perform monthly transfer pricing review and determine the monthly intercompany purchase and selling price with the price fluctuation of commodity raw materials; - Prepare CAPEX analysis (i.e. risk analysis, IRR, ROI, Payback period, etc) and recommend to Risk Management Committee; - Recruit and develop employees in Corporate Development, Finance & Account, Costing and Treasury departments; - Involve in daily business operations, overall business direction discussion as well as ad-hoc decision making as a Top Management team member.

- Supervise inventory costing in the SAP system. - Perform annual review to the overhead absorption rate. - Overall in-charge on implementation of Production Module and coordinate with respective department. - Prepare and review ESOS summary, present and recommend new grant in ESOS Committee.. - Analyse contribution margin / material consumption and discuss the root cause with Production HOD. - Prepare CAPEX analysis and recommend to Investment and Development Committee. - Review current SOPs for all department, discuss with respective Department HOD and Top Management to achieve more efficient and productivity. - Review and monitor Company’s risk register as a Risk Officer. Communicate risk identified and recommend action plans to the respective Department HOD. - Prepare tax and deferred tax computation, consolidation account, quarterly announcement, annual report for listed company. - Organise company’s AGM and work together with Share Registrars and Company Secretary closely. - Liaise and resolve the queries raised by Bursa Malaysia regarding the announcement of the Company. - Analyse monthly financial statement and document down the issues noted, discuss and recommend improvement plant to Top Management. - Communicate with respective department in order to gather information for the Corporate Presentation Slide. - Advise Accounts Manager in daily bookkeeping, unusual financial transaction, stock take instruction and liaise with External and Internal Auditor accordingly. - Monitor closely on the monthly management account against forecast prepared and liaise with respective department to ensure achievement of company target. - Prepare weekly and monthly sales report to Top Management, understand and discuss with Sales Managers on the sales strategy in weekly basis. - Prepare necessary documents, report and present in Board of Director meeting. - Lead the COVID-19 special committee to ensure company comply to MITI guideline.
