Main Accountabilities: Production Planning: 1. Production schedule: from the Master Production Plan creates and maintains detailed production schedule. 2. Work orders: Releases manufacturing Work Orders. Executes daily, plant-level materials requirement planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules. 3. Sequencing: Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan. 4. Schedule adherence: Monitors schedule adherence identifies key root causes for deviation and takes follow-up improvement action. 5. Reporting: Feeds information on production capacity issues and material availability to other function as needed. 6. Support in continuous improvement and quality assurance processes Maintenance : 1. Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety of equipment and/or facilities 2. Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. 3. Solves major technical, equipment or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order 4. Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency. 5. Responds to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process.

1. Monitor and analyze the level of strategy Deployment and assist in developing sectors dashboard: • Ensures that strategic initiatives are completed at various levels to achieve desired results by auditing SSM. • Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives at AHC and SBUs levels on periodical basis and report any delay if applicable. • Support the investigation process and setting the required corrective actions for any deviations of strategy deployment. • Support the organization’s approach to measurement and evaluation with a focus on the creation of an organizational dashboard for impact and organizational effectiveness 2. Quality Management System: • Support W&P SBUs sector to be qualified suppliers with strategic customers. • Act as a second party audit for all SBUs across the W&P sector for Quality management system • Assist in Managing the Internal QMS Audit System to maintain the effectiveness of the system. • Supporting key strategic quality improvement initiatives across the sector. • Follow up with SBUs-QHSE managers to close the audit observations successfully • Support W&P sector to performs root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements • Review and monitor Quality objectives with all SBUs of W&P sector 3. HSE Management: • Coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures. • Supporting key strategic HSE improvement initiatives across the sector • Assist in Managing the Internal HSE Audit System to maintain the effectiveness of the system. • Follow up with SBUs-QHSE managers to close the audit observations successfully. • Monitor HSE objectives with all SBUs of W&P sector • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

This project developed a prototype process aid to help students recall and process machining work for the MIME Machining and Product Realization Laboratory (MPRL). This prototype process aid aim to provide students with a tool that answers their questions in order for them to process their work in the MPRL and finish their parts. The tool is a developed software through Access and Visual Basic application. This tool aid can be downloaded through a link and be use. The tool has two version: one for admin use and other for students use. Admin use to add entities and students use to only view and access information. - My personal contributed to the project beside the technical work including writing and presentations, I have Managed all team communications, and meetings between group members, and advisors as a team leader for the team.
