A project purchasing responsibility for Renault projects in Yazaki is being handled in a multinational team. Reporting to the procurement manager in Morocco and collaborating with France-based team. As the manager of the projects on the purchasing side, coordination between internal and external suppliers is ensured. On the other hand, essential purchasing activities such as technical improvements, alternative studies, and savings are also carried out. Major accomplishments: • Managed 4 different projects/carlines from RFQ to SOP for Renault • Responsibility of 110M € turnover per year • Achieved min. %5 saving for Pre-SOP phase by technical improvement and localization studies • Created time, quality and cost competitive supply strategy • Reported periodically the purchasing activities to head of management

Responsibility for automotive electronics product groups was taken, and procurement processes along with supplier relations were managed during the commissioning of new projects. Cooperation with contacts at Stellantis was maintained, and purchasing processes were handled collaboratively. Major accomplishments: · Prepared and executed RFI and RFQ processes for automotive ·Designed an annual strategy for purchasing groups · Led strategic supplier partnerships, resulting in a 4.5% cost reduction and improved supply chain efficiency · Carried out contractual processes

I was responsible for purchasing various product groups such as styrofoam parts, fasteners, prototypes, chemicals for electronics and plastics raw materials with a total turnover of over 100M USD and with different purchasing and management dynamics. Major accomplishments: · Added 4 new suppliers as alternatives and managed the long term partnerships · Controlled the price periodically with cost breakdown analysis · Collaboratively worked with other groups for costdown · Followed the market trends and 5 Mio USD costdown per year
