As the Software Development Manager at Arabam.com, I supervise the mobile application and QA teams, totaling approximately 20 professionals. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements and exceed expectations. I work closely with other departments, including product management, design, marketing and data analytics to ensure that our software development process is streamlined and aligned with business objectives. I also regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on the status of ongoing projects and discuss strategies for future software development initiatives. The Arabam.com software development team is separated into independent squads. There are iOS and Android developers responsible for developing mobile applications within each squad. I lead the entire mobile applications team. We use agile methodology in our development process. We run sprints and hold daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint. I manage the day-to-day activities of the mobile team within an Agile/Scrum environment. I am also responsible for managing departmental resources, staffing, and mentoring. I work closely with the product team to fully understand business processes and requirements, and I also collaborate with other team leads and development teams when necessary to build cohesive software solutions. As a team lead, my main goal is to motivate others to achieve their goals and build confidence, while respecting and supporting colleagues and team members in reaching their full potential. In addition to management responsibilities, I also worked as an iOS developer and was responsible for ongoing improvements to the arabam.com iOS application.

It is an online freight forwarder that provides domestic road haulage for freight companies and freight forwarders. • Took full ownership of the Webnak iOS application, responsible for development, maintenance, and improvements. • Developed a universal iOS application supporting both iPhone and iPad, built entirely with Swift. • Worked closely with a small, cross-functional product team to deliver end-to-end software and design solutions. • Implemented continuous integration and automated build processes using CircleCI. • Participated in all phases of the product lifecycle, from feature development to release and production support.

Yemeksepeti, meaning "food cart" in Turkish, is Turkey's first and largest online food delivery site. The company does over 3 million transactions a month. • Developed and maintained yemeksepeti.com iOS applications and affiliated mobile products. • Contributed to the development of the new version of the Yemeksepeti iOS application, fully rewritten in Swift with updated design and functionality. • Worked within a cross-functional mobile team including iOS, Android, QA, and business stakeholders. • Applied Agile / Scrum practices, collaborating through code reviews, refactoring, and pair programming. • Gained hands-on experience with CI/CD, UI automated testing, and scalable mobile application development. This role provided strong experience in building high-traffic, consumer-facing mobile applications in a fast-paced product environment.

Kariyer.net is Turkey's most important solution partner for recruitment. • Designed and developed mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. • Worked on core products including Kariyer İşAra (iOS & Android) and Kariyer İşveren (iOS & Android) applications. • Took an active role in launching Kariyer İşAra iOS v3.0, including UI/UX design and implementation. • Contributed end-to-end to the development and release of Kariyer İşveren mobile applications. • Participated in the development of the SelVi (video résumé) feature for Kariyer İşAra. • Collaborated within a small, agile team using Scrum practices, working closely with product and QA.
