With vast experience in project management principles and techniques, deepwater drilling, managed pressure drilling, subsea systems, early production facilities and systems, interface management, departmental and outsourced contractor management, process/topside production systems. All issues partaking to provision of drilling & production services to prospective clients in the region come directly to me as the first point of contact. These issues could involve but not restricted to; 1. Identification and execution of conceptual / feasibility studies on specific projects to support Client strategic decisions and Group’s commercial action towards the Client. 2. Management of tender processes including commercial and technical proposals 3. Coordinate and manage applications/project engineering from client’s off-set data to determine feasibility of potential CPD/MPD & Early Production Facility projects. 4. All external enquiries, vendor product introductions, invitations for seminars and conferences, etc 5. Facilitated the raising of AFE’s, P&L’s and Bid summary and Authorisation to justify various projects. 6. Devise project plans and work breakdown structure to outline tasks for project team members • Management of the region’s engineering resources and outsourced contractors 1. Management of internal resources to execute various engineering work-scopes 2. Management of outsourced contractors to execute specific work-scopes. This also entails the management of Call-outs periods, equipment and personnel. 3. Co-ordination of budget and cost control meetings with project stakeholders. 4. Managed and co-ordinated project delivery, this included providing regular updates to project stakeholders. 5. Ensure contractor performance are in line with quality assurance procedures 6. Providing cross – product line integrated solutions that promotes and delivers incremental revenues to the company.

Working within the Region Drilling hazard Mitigation team but seconded to the Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), Controlled Pressure Drilling (CPD) and Production services departments offering solutions and ensuring operations exceed customer requirements and expectations. • Co-ordinate and manage applications/project engineering from client’s off-set data to determine feasibility of potential CPD/MPD & Early Production Facility projects. • Co-ordinate budget and cost control meetings with project stakeholders. • Provide training on sales and technical issues to employees throughout the region. • Ensure contractor performance is in line with quality assurance procedures. • Devise project plans and work breakdown structure to outline tasks for project team members. • Gather tactical, strategic and technical data on market place, industry and client account. • Provided cross – product line integrated solutions that promotes and delivers incremental revenues to the company. • Managed and co-ordinated project delivery, this included providing regular updates to project stakeholders.

Worked with the Integrity Management team and seconded to the BP Trinidad project of which the following Platforms are inclusive; Mahogany A and B, Immortelle, Flamboyant and Cassia A. • Improved on the organization of the project management office processes and the turn-around time (300% improvement) for the preparation of the bills to the client. • Responsible for preparing required documentation for offshore inspection and surveys. • Monitored inspections to ensure compliance with the workscopes and associated procedures. • Coordinated due diligence activities, driving internal approval meetings with senior management, as well as, successfully negotiating multimillion dollar deals with complex term structure. • Identified risks and intervened appropriately on HSSE, quality, cost and scheduling issues. • Assist with developing cost models and raising Application for Expenditure.

Worked within the commercial team in London and seconded to the Integrated Business Systems unit to handle design, construction and installation of substations and flow stations for organisations in Nigeria. • Responsible for tracking total project costs (fees and expenses) of over $10M and measuring project progress through the use of project management tools such as the Microsoft Project GHANTT Chart • Actively and successfully managed the sales process and the provision of weekly reports which include new business opportunities and competitor activities. • Worked with Engineering to drive the evaluation process, Finance and Marketing to create the P&Ls, and Legal to negotiate the contracts. • Actively participated in ITT’s as well as commercial analysis of business opportunities and bids.

Worked with Royal Haskoning on the Ogun River Anti-salinity weir Project and also on the Design of the Ibadan Solid Waste Management Project • Project negotiation Organization and control • Supervision of the construction and preparation and specification of drawings • Participated in the design of the transfer station and landfill site • Management and design of pipeline for leachate produced from the landfill site

The MSc. course provided me with the knowledge of concepts prevailing in the oil and gas industry which include reservoir engineering, well test analysis, production engineering, well performance, Project controls, drilling/well control management, pressure management, sub sea systems, corrosion management and safety engineering.
