As an electrical team leader i am responsible for managing and supervising a team of electricians or electrical technicians. Developments of projects of City of Ekurhuleni water and sanitation electrical panels and automation. ● Wiring Motor control panel,Wiring and installation of remote condition monitoring panels ● Panel buildings and manufacturing ● PLC,HMI (DELTA, SIEMENS), DRIVES, SOFT STATERS, Telemetry configurations and programming. ● Adhering to relevant station and legislative regulatory SOPs, Operational standards, policies and practices ● Maintenance, calibration, and fault finding on electrical equipment and instrumentation at the operating asset. ● Working to assure accurate maintenance records, and comprehensive asset data information. ● Participate in project support when required, leading commissioning activities and ensuring all of the required engineering documentation exists. ● Outage planning, scheduling, and generation of any preparatory works as required. ● Proactively report equipment defects and suggest remediation and improvement plans. ● Liaising with and supervising external vendors on specific repairs / maintenance, including some weekend working. ● Become an integral part of the Asset of panel designing team and Maintenance Team, routinely liaising with other areas of the business to effectively maximize the asset availability and utilization. ● Share knowledge with other operating assets. ● Working with engineering drawings, P&ID’s. ● Ensuring all equipment is regularly checked and is compliant with HSE regulations and that any defects are reported. ● Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the workshop and the rest of the facility

● Plant maintenance and operation. ● SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMIs.(Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) programming, troubleshooting and wiring. ● Calibration of process control instruments.(temperature, weighing systems, pressure, consistency, level, speed and flow) ● Familiar with various industrial process loops. ● Interpretation of PID diagram. ● Familiar with various types of PID Controllers programming and configurations. ● Control valve overhauling and repair ● Transmitters and sensors installation and configurations. ● Repair of electronic circuits. ● Pneumatics and hydraulics installation and servicing. ● VSD and VFD installation and configuration. ● Electrical designing, wiring, installation and troubleshooting. ● Plant checkups for preventive maintenance. ● Training of Apprentices. ● Safety and environmental compliance. ● Ordering and maintaining spares availability.

● Manufacturing and packing plant maintenance electrical fault finding and troubleshooting. ● Programming and changing PLC ,HMI( Mitsubishi, allen Bradley, DELTA) systems, VSD drives and controllers program. ● Mechanical maintenance, change bearings, chains, sprockets, electrical motors on a break-down in a production environment. ● do full services on all production machinery, working in proximity with the Production Manager and Machine Operators in the production environment to maximize the production outputs and identify problems on production equipment. ● Schedule preventative maintenance, do adjustments on packing machines to improve the quality and quantity outputs of equipment, carton making, form-fill-seal packaging equipment, Yamato multihead weigher to cut down on down-times. ● Ordering and replacing fault sensors, load cells, RTD, thermocouple, eyemark sensors, inductive sensors. ● Food grade conveyor systems maintenance. ● Servicing and replacement of Yamato high speed packing machine electronic cards and modules ● Pneumatics servicing.
